At Samsung Parts, we strive to ensure your electronic repairs are successful by offering a 30-day return window for all genuine components. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the part you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the component in its original anti-static shielding or protective box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before dropping it off at a designated carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's integrity and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
